Marijan is an expert in financial consulting in the field of mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, valuation, and financial and operational restructuring. He has rich experience on projects in the sectors of industrial production, telecommunications, retail, oil and gas, construction, tourism, logistics, pharmaceuticals, and media, acquired in one of the “Big 4” audit firms.
Just some of the prominent projects he worked on are the in-depth recording of INA, the M&A process of the sale of Pevex, support in the restructuring process of Labud Zagreb, and in-depth recording for the needs of the CIAK Group seller for recapitalization.
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and holds an ACCA certificate. He is a member of the Mensa International community.
