Suzana manages the entire business of Apsolon with particular emphasis on strategic planning, transformation, and optimization of business and strengthening the capacity of the whole consulting team. In over 20 years, she gained experience in various economic sectors, where she distinguished herself with her professional competencies in numerous managerial and supervisory positions in the private and public sectors.

Before taking over the leadership of Apsolon, Suzana particularly stood out in the banking sector – as director of business with public institutions and as President of the board of one of the banks. In the public sector, her work in the Ministry of Finance and her position as the President of the Fund for compensation of confiscated property is particularly noteworthy.

In her previous work, she has specialized, among other things, in negotiations with financial and public institutions, negotiations and discussions with investors regarding investments, business restructuring, and providing comprehensive business consulting to legal entities.
